    Abstract:

    The estate real industry has been hit in recent years, in which not only the estate business man engaged but also some estate consumers are busy with the frenzied and speculative trading in this industry. Various mass media and different corners of our life are fulfilled with overwhelming advertisement of estate. It is true that the estate buyers hesitate to make a definite decision to choose the right house. On the other hand, many housing developers have to confront the fact that what have done just advertisement expenseconsuming. How much advertising cost is effectively used? How to get the best publicizing purpose by putting in the advertisement availably? The following essay will briefly analyze the strategy for the real estate advertising.
