Abstract:As a learning society and lifelong learning system ,the connotation of the continuing education has changed dramatically, that is, the academic education transition to nonacademic education. In response to this phenomenon, the paper analyzes the status quo, confusion and impact of nonacademic factors in the continuing education in colleges and universities, and on this basis, puts forward the development of nonacademic education in colleges and universities in terms of ideology, understanding, and the mechanism on the point of the reform and innovative strategies to deal with.
