    Abstract:

    As a learning society and lifelong learning system ,the connotation of the continuing education has changed dramatically, that is, the academic education transition to nonacademic education. In response to this phenomenon, the paper analyzes the status quo, confusion and impact of nonacademic factors in the continuing education in colleges and universities, and on this basis, puts forward the development of nonacademic education in colleges and universities in terms of ideology, understanding, and the mechanism on the point of the reform and innovative strategies to deal with.
