The elite course is a crucial approach to teaching reform and enhancing teaching quality for colleges The course of construction management is a core course to the specialty of construction management, but problems such as the content which can not meet the requirement and unadapted teaching method have not been solved and has prohibited the development of the subject The paper expatiates upon the establishment and demonstration study of the nationlevel elite course of construction management of Chongqing university ,which will greatly contribute to course development and teaching reform of the subject
