To solve this problem, it needs cooperation of colleges and society. Colleges must create a new talents’ cultivation mode which suit to market demand. Colleges should discover and settle the problem of each aspect of talents’cultivation, and promote teaching quality by deepening educational reform continously, and educate eligible talents that meet to the society demand.
