The science research management system takes on the affairs of science research management in university. But single scheme for software design has a lot of safety risks, and becomes a block to carry on the work of science research management. In this paper, considering the characteristics of science research management system and the feature of all kinds of encryption algorithms, a solution to clear up the problems of database safety and network security in the science research management system is presented, and a design idea is given.
