Vocational education plays an important role in higher education, but its education theory and mode have no distinguished characteristics. The P. R. China put huge investments into vocational education to construct a hundred demonstrate colleges, which intended to construct the practice condition, course system, course content reform, and teacher group for key specialties. Based on them, we can construct a vocational education course system based on the operating process to eliminate the influence of traditional education.
