The employment pressure increases with the development of modern society. Student party members, who are standout in the college, have attractive employment competitiveness in various aspects, such as political quality, social adaptability, and professional quality. Based on the comparative analysis of employment situation between student party members and other college students, we gave main characteristics of student party members’ employment competitiveness, and proposed corresponding improvement measures.
