The current state of the intelligent building technology topcourse is reviewed in this paper. This paper also presents the characters, teaching goal and teaching method of course, focuses on analyzing the courses’ effect in its course system and illuminating the society service function of course. The management of course is discussed from multidirection and constructionaim is determined at last.
