The declining quality of graduation project is the prominent problem in university practicalteaching. With the teaching practice of water and wastewater specialty, the paper points out the difficulties of the university graduation project work faced and analyzes the causes of the poor quality of graduation project. The new mentality and way of improving graduation project quality is exposed, especially to emphasize the management and the progressingcontrol.
