The construction of forestry universities’ urban planning (FUUP) needs the background of landscape architecture to build a reasonable teaching quality guarantee system (TQGS).We can learn from the ideas of complete process,comprehensive and all participation in total quality management (TQM) and the ideas of systematization,standardization,documentation in ISO9000 quality management system of teaching to highlight its own characteristics and improve the viability of forestry universities’ urban planning and training excellent planning professionals.
