Driven by academic system and national interest in the age of internationalized higher education and innovative country construction,English teaching is playing an increasingly important role in improving doctoral candidates’abilities of international academic communication and innovation.Based on the existing problems and current progress in doctoral English,the paper proposes to construct the English course for doctoral candidates on international academic conference and provides the specific design.
