    Abstract:

    We studied the objective and methods of practice teaching of civil engineering specialty in University of California, Berkeley. To provide a reference for practice teaching innovation in P. R. China, we researched how to set the course program to training students’ ability, and introduced extracurricular activities, including participating in professional associations, the engineering design and construction competition, and the undergraduate research program.
