To carry out “the Plan of Education and Training of Excellent Engineers” initiated by Minister of Education,we analogize the characteristics and status of education of Building Environment and Equipment Engineering Specialty,and put forward some teaching reform and measures to improve engineering capability and creative capability of students with some demonstration which are practicable.
