The cultural and quality education, one of the most important parts of integrated development education, is the education of students oriented. It cultivates the creative spirit and innovation ability of university students and promotes their integrated development. We discussed on the essence and current situation of cultural and quality education and proposed approaches to enhance the cultural and quality education.
