Computer application in the structural mechanics course is now widespread. The development of such application will be in a dominant position in the reform of teaching method of the civil engineering specialty. In addition, the computer aided instruction is a necessary measure in the future. Therefore, a program of OOSA for the teaching is introduced and the object oriented design process of program development is proposed.
