to improve the quality of postgraduates’ dissertation, postgraduate training units universally implemented double blind evaluation system. Implement measures included how to determine dissertations to be double blind assessed, adopting additional evaluation and review system, and using qualitative and quantitative evaluation. At the same time, how to perfect double blind assessment of postgraduates’ dissertation was researched based on the practice.
