    Abstract:

    An attempt was made to explore patriarchy and the living condition of German women in the early 19th century. The growth process of the heroine Turandot form the struggling with the Chinese emperor Altoum and the patriarchy was researched and the conflict and reconciliation between Turandot’s love, honor, and self-esteem were studied. In this course, Turandot constructed a new identity and preserved integrity of her ego. Finally she finished her self-fulfillment.
