With the rapid advance of economic globalization, China plays more and more important role in the international competition and development ,In urgent need of a large number of high level creative talents, who have international consciousness, familiar with international rules, adapt to international environment. At present, postgraduate education still has a large gap with the developed countries. Due to geographical location, economic development and other factors，in internationalization of postgraduate education，universities of western area have problems in start late ,system is imperfect, single form , narrow scope etc. .Based on the practice of Chongqing University in the internationalization of postgraduate education, the paper discussed the international system construction and talent cultivation, analyzed of the problems and ways to reform .
