How to build the laboratory management team of the newly upgraded local universities, how to better adapt to the application talent requirement, is an important problem. With the existence problems in the construction of the laboratory management team in newly upgraded local colleges, this paper put forward the measure of laboratory management team,construction from resources integration and policy guidance,to seek consensus of colleagues, improve the management level of laboratory team,and play a more important role in practice ability and innovation training .
