Discussion on the construction mode of the tutor team of full-time professional degree graduate education

    Abstract:

    Chinese full-time professional degree graduate training mode is still in the exploration and construction stage and many problems exist in this phase. The tutors with low initiative and the unitary mode of tutor team are the most prominent problems among all the problems, which restrict the development of the training mode of full-time professional degree graduate and the healthy development of society. In this paper the reasons are analyzed based on the perspective of the main existing problems at present, and some targeted modes of tutors were advised to put forward in order to have positive benefits on reform and promotion of the graduate education and the society:professors in college and enterprise experts outside the college, professors with high theoretical level in college and teachers with more horizontal projects in college or characteristic discipline construction and training practice base to improve the quality evaluation system.
