Postgraduate training is an important task of collaborative innovation center. From six aspects such as training objectives, training platform, training mechanism, training system, degree qualification and benefit coordination,the basic essentials of postgraduate training pattern in local university's collaborative innovation centers were analyzed and corresponding reform measures were proposed. The postgraduate training pattern of collaborative innovation center was explored combined with the practice of postgraduate training in Collaborative Innovation Center for Geo-Hazards and Eco-Environment in Three Gorges Area.
