Taking Chongqing Changan Automobile, which is the national model training base for engineers, as an example, this paper introduces the methods and acts taken by Chongqing University so as to construct stable and efficient university-corporate co-training mechanism, to establish an administrative system with three levels and two stakeholders, to innovate university-corporate co-training modules and to recruit teachers with practical experience.
