The paper takes the construction of outside school practice base of GZHU(Guangzhou University) -HKPES(Hong Kong Professional & Educational Service Ltd) as an example, sums up the experience of the teaching methods of how to cooperate with the overseas institutions from the simple to the depth,and how to full use of various educational resources. It hopes to provide some demonstrations of similar overseas cooperation model for other universities.
