    Abstract:

    Contemporary graduate students are higher educated groups whose thought tendency has shown new characteristics of the era. Tutors and counselors are the executors and the two most important forces of ideological and political education for the graduates. They are cooperative to teach the graduates and their core work is to combine moral education with teaching, scientific research and discipline construction and so on. During the education of ideological and political instructing and their development, the law of growth and characteristics of graduate student group are followed. The initiative and enthusiasm of tutors, graduate peers and graduate students themselves are fully mobilized. The principles including apportionment of liability, resource sharing and mutual advantages are adhered to form a cooperative education mechanism.
