    Abstract:

    The necessity and urgency of promoting the construction and development of civil engineering with the concept of "emerging engineering education" were pointed out in this paper. With the transformation of management mode, the construction of "emerging engineering education", the accreditation system of engineering education and the development of the discipline, as well as the talent training in the new era were analyzed. The traditional teaching concept of talents training focuses more on theory than practice. It should be changed for the construction and reform of civil engineering. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers should be strengthened, and the school-enterprise cooperation is actively expanded. The construction of training platform inside and outside the school is further promoted, and the discipline competition mechanism is improved. The professional knowledge is popularized by the Internet, and the professional reform is comprehensively deepened. Finally, the talent training mode is built, which can meet the needs of the industry.
