Based on questionnaire survey for building environment and energy engineering graduates of Hunan University of Science and Technology, the society requirements for knowledge and skills of the graduates are known, problems about practice teaching, class teaching and experimental teaching are dissected, then measures to solve the above problems are proposed combining with reality. All of these are very important to improve the teaching effect and graduates satisfaction, and can provide reference for the revision or construction of teaching system to others colleges or universities.
