Flipped classroom has been a hot means in teaching activities of universities in the recent years. Its utilization, however, is obstructed to some degree since both the teachers and the students have to spend much more time than that in traditional classroom. Based on identity orientation, the teaching scheme of project management is redesigned, and the teaching reform practice is carried out by using a new teaching procedure similar to flipped classroom, so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of civil engineering.
