In view of many problems in the cultivation of specialized postgraduates, the paper takes the key practical links in the cultivation process of specialized postgraduates in the field of architecture and civil engineering (specialty of HVAC) as the research object, and puts forward the ideas of classified practical links. Based on the guidance of the Ministry of Education and other relevant guidance departments on the training of specialized postgraduates, the paper establishes a system to strengthen the quality assurance of practice links, and puts forward the specific implementation methods of the quality assurance system based on the idea of training by specialties. And according to the specific practice cases of specialized postgraduates, the process analysis is carried out.
