    Abstract:

    Building electricity and intelligence specialty is an interdisciplinary subject involving civil engineering, information, electrical and other disciplines. The lack of relevant professionals has become an important reason to hinder the development of intelligent building industry in China. Therefore, the demand of national and social development for cultivating professional talents in building electrical and intelligent fields is imminent. Aiming at the four key issues of a single talent training model for building electrical and intelligent professionals, blurry of training objectives, unclear training characteristics, and disjointed training links, building electricity and intelligence specialty of Anhui Jianzhu University puts forward integrated disciplines according to the needs of social development and composite talents advantaged talented person training method, and constructs the engineering application talents based on emerging engineering education. The talent demand reconstructs the characteristic practice teaching system, forms the "1535" talent training system which adapts to the needs of the society and the industry, put forward the solution of the multi-disciplinary cross integration talent training system that integrates method innovation, model innovation and mechanism innovation, and show the application results of the multi-disciplinary cross integration talent training system, provides the reference for the construction of the national first-class undergraduate major of building electrical and intelligent.
