    Abstract:

    Based on enough research data, some common problems existing in the students of reopening class and the present teaching management system in universities are summarized in this paper. According to the people-oriented principle and the authors’ teaching practice, some efficient measurements are proposed from the aspects of improving students’ ideological understanding, organizing the class teaching scientifically, reforming teaching management mode, strengthening the communication between teachers and students, clarifying the connection between student management and classroom teaching, and deepening the promoting function of scientific research to teaching. The study is meaningful for improving students’ ideological understanding, stimulating the responsibility of the teachers, improving the present reopening class teaching model and perfecting the teaching management system of university teaching.
