    Abstract:

    Through the four aspects of teaching, learning, evaluation and inheritance, taking the existing industrial building renovation design course as an example, the paper analyzes the teaching mode of renovation design course, and explores the ways of course teaching reform. With a high-quality teaching team composed of architects, planners and other experts teaching the core meaning of design principles, choosing construction sites as teaching sites, the research heuristic teaching mode is constructed. Through multi-channel learning such as asking questions from experts, observing the construction site, studying topics, students’ theoretical and practical understanding ability is cultivated. Multi-type evaluation focuses on extensive communication, sharing and discussion among students, as well as various types of drawing evaluation by experts inside and outside school. Multi-perspective inheritance follows the curriculum value, curriculum concept, and inheritance culture.
