    Abstract:

    In the current reform of collaborative education between industry and education in colleges and universities, there are many problems, such as low enthusiasm of enterprises, insufficient import of external resources, and insufficient integration of industry and education. In order to adapt to the development and change of the industry and build a collaborative education mechanism under the integration of industry and education, the real estate development and management major of Chongqing University, based on the triple helix theory, takes the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents as the goal, and systematically integrates the "three chains" of course chain, talent chain and industrial chain. In the construction process of the state-level "first-class major", it has gradually explored and practiced the school-enterprise cooperation excellent talent training mode of "whole-process, in-depth and win-win", established the "four channels" for enterprises to deeply participate in the whole-process talent training, and the participation path of "seven dimensions in one". Through the concrete ways of jointly building the teaching platform and introducing and sharing enterprise resources, it provides a reference and replicable example for the integration of industry and education and collaborative education of real estate development and management.
