The OBE concept of talent training regard the teaching process, curriculum construction and classroom reform as means of student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement of teaching quality. It is the historical mission of every university to build first-rate university and discipline by the new challenge of education reform. Experimental practice teaching is a key link in the process of cultivating high-level and innovative talents. This paper based on OBE concept, combined with the practical training characteristics of design specialty, stimulate students’ professional interest and independent innovation ability through some effective reform program, such as adjust the traditional teaching mode and optimize the content of experimental projects. It will promote the innovation and practice education in colleges and universities that serve the social and economic development better.
