Higher education is the leader of building a powerful education country. High quality teachers are the key to the improvement of higher education. Development is not only the needs of the country, but also the needs of teachers. At present, the proportion of Party members in college teachers has reached half. Giving full play to the role of grass-roots Party organizations as fighting fortress and carrying out activities of the Party organization with teacher development as the core have positive effects on promoting the development of Party members and enhancing the vitality of the branch. In view of the difficulties encountered in the current activities of the Party organization of Party branches, corresponding ideas of improving the quality of activities of the Party organization are put forward, and some ideas are put into practice.
