    Abstract:

    Territorial spatial planning is an important planning reform practice in China in the new era, which has a significant impact on both urban and rural planning disciplines and professional education. This paper focuses on the teaching effect of territorial space planning, and puts forward suggestions on teaching reform for the needs of territorial space planning from the perspective of students. Teaching and learning are two inseparable aspects of urban and rural planning education. The teaching of territorial spatial planning should pay attention to students’learning feedback and learning rules, and constantly improve the quality of professional education. The education of territorial spatial planning should gradually change from a single course to a whole system of teaching to meet the demands of new planning talents.
