Abstract:University red societies, serving as the bastions for instilling virtues and promoting Party building and the cultivation of new-era talents in universities, play an instrumental role. Integrating Party history learning and education into society activities not only embodies the profound educational significance of nurturing the root and soul but also vigorously fosters the comprehensive development and value formation of university students. The role of university red societies in reinforcing youths’ historical confidence, enhancing their theoretical consciousness, and improving the quality and effectiveness of moral education through Party history learning and education cannot be underestimated. However, they face practical challenges, such as lack of core strength, loose internal management, insufficient propaganda efforts, and lack of innovative drive. By consolidating university resources, strengthening internal management, fortifying their position, and innovating methods and approaches, university red societies aim to effectively advance Party history learning and education in the new era.
