    Abstract:

    As the detailed planning within the urban development boundary, regulatory detailed planning plays an important role in the detailed planning of territorial space, and its development and reform need not only the continuous promotion of industry practice, but also the continuous exploration in the field of professional education. For the new trends and demands of the regulatory detailed planning practice under the territorial spatial planning system, such as policy-oriented, effective transmission, differentiated management and control, and dynamic process,this paper summarizes the practical problems in the teaching of regulatory detailed planning. And it puts forward five suggestions on the teaching concept, teaching system, teaching content, teaching method and teaching evaluation of the regulatory detailed planning course, namely, strengthening the transformation of value orientation, constructing the conductive teaching system, paying attention to the integration of time and space and collaborative teaching,implanting cross-interaction and diversity, shaping dynamic and inclusive comprehensive evaluation. Preliminary teaching reform ideas and optimization strategies are expected to strengthen the coupling and coordination with industry practice and promote the continuous improvement of professional education.
