    Abstract:

    There are dilemmas and challenges in the cultivation of practical ability of undergraduates majoring in engineering management under the new situation. Based on the connotation analysis of the concept of Three-Full education and its enlightenment to practical education, and combined with the relevant requirements of engineering education professional certification, this paper constructs and forms a practical teaching system for engineering management major based on the concept of Three-Full education taking the engineering management major of China University of Mining and Technology as an example, and makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the key points of implementation from five aspects, then elaborates on the current implementation effect. Preliminary practice shows that, the construction and implementation of this practical teaching system can further strengthen the work of practical education and help to continuously improve the quality of practical teaching of engineering management major.
