Abstract:Structural design competition has become one of the most influential professional science and technology events for civil engineering students.The application ability of civil engineering students’ professional course knowledge could be assessed by structural design competition, thereby the feedback function of the competition are performed. According to the corresponding points of the structural design competition and professional courses, the professional course feedback index system was built. The design questionnaire survey was designed based the feedback index system. Survey data of two years school competition was analyzed, and then the students’ application ability of professional knowledge was reflected to the related course teaching, which provides a quantitative basis for curriculum reform, meanwhile provides innovative ideas for the healthy development of civil engineering students" subject competitions.
