Abstract: The graduate cultivation base is a practice platform for the Graduate students to train their practical and innovative abilities. From the perspective of need leading theory, this paper analyzes the problems of the graduate cultivation base jointed by Industry-University- Institute. Under the development of social demands, from the three aspects of functional positioning, service environment and participants, it discusses the new connotation of the graduate cultivation base Based on the "demand - meet" structure framework. In order to fully stimulate the vitality of the joint graduate cultivation base, and to meet the needs of multiple participants, it puts forward the constructing strategies of the graduate cultivation base jointed by Industry-University-Institute, the specialized construction on functional demands, the sustainable development on service demands and the multiple cooperation on benefit demands.
