After the nineteenth CPC Nation Congress, CPC put forward higher requirements to comprehensive reform of colleges in the new era. The status and function of middle-level cadres is very important in colleges. Take middle-level cadres of CPC colleges as the research object. Use self-administered questionnaire survey to investigate the capability of middle-level cadres combining the specific requirements for “eight skills” of cadres. Propose several countermeasures for the capability of middle-level cadres on the basis of research.
