Abstract:There is vagueness for the education object in Civil Engineering Program. It is stated that the engineer education should be as the core objective of engineering program. In this paper the classification of engineering activities according to their complexity and the corresponding education tracks defined by International Engineering Alliance are discussed. It is suggested that the key issue of the undergraduate engineering education must be the ability to solve complex engineering problems for the substantial equivalence of program accreditation internationally; the ability shall be developed step by step, and thus the curriculum and course can be provided rationally. For the outcomes based education, the academic staff should enhance their engineering experience and promote the teaching ability.
