Abstract:
Flipped classroom has been a hot means in teaching activities of universities in the recent years. Its utilization, however, is obstructed to some degree since both the teacher and the students have to spend much more time than that in the traditional classroom. A new procedure similar to flipped classroom was put forward in this paper, which features identity transformation to aim at stimulating interest of studying for the students. The practice of the new method in project management showed good results, and so provided reference value for the teaching reform of civil engineering specialty.
