Abstract:
Talent training is an important starting point in the construction of first-class universities in the world. Carrying out the core position of talent training and promoting the reform of talents training mode is the proper meaning of the construction of first-class universities. It is of great significance for the construction of world-class universities to explore the mode of undergraduate talents training in world-class universities. It is found that the successful experience of Princeton University in the fields of talent training goal, curriculum arrangement, talent training system, academic evaluation and so on has important enlightenment significance to the innovation of undergraduate talent training model in research-oriented universities of our country. It plays an important role in speeding up the construction of world-class universities in China.
