Under the background of the new era, technological innovation has become the core competitiveness of enterprises, talent has gradually become the main driving force for enterprises to maintain competitiveness. After analyzing the lack of matching between college education and enterprise employment demand, taking the market as the guidance and combining with the characteristics of the school, this paper explores the connotation of personal training under the mode of "School-Enterprise Cooperation" and puts forward a new training mode of graduation design. Some concepts and methods like "Actual Combat", "One-in and One-out", " Centralization and Dispersion", "Stereoscopic Review", "Double tutorial system" were put forward, and the problems and challenges encountered in the course of the practice are analyzed. Some discussions and suggestions are put forward on the establishment and operation of the long-term mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprises.
