Abstract:With the introduction of the national strategy of “One Belt and One Road” and technological innovation, China"s construction engineering field has expanded continuously and the industry has developed on a large scale, showing a new trend of industrialization, internationalization and intelligence. The industry has put forward new demands for professionals. However, in recent years, the frequent occurrence of engineering accidents and the raging construction wastes reflect the fact that in the practice of the industry, there is a certain disconnect between the cultivation of talents in colleges and the actual needs of the industry. Engineering management education faces new challenges, and talent cultivation needs to be reformed .This paper studies out five dimensions of the current industry"s demand for talent quality by using factor analysis, literature research, semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey method, which are personal quality literacy, professional practical skills, personal career development ability, professional subject knowledge, the basic subject knowledge and application. On this basis of these results, five key curriculum groups, three teaching platforms and related core training contents are proposed, which provides a reference for the reform and practice of engineering management personnel training.
