    Abstract:

    Abstract: This paper analyses the Chinese enterprises in the international contractor market from three aspects:Business Status, Business Fields and Number of Enterprises。It is concluded that the significant goal of higher education institutions is to cultivate graduates with international vision, familiarity with international rules, standards and norms, adaptability to international environment . Comparing with curriculums offered in the vast majority of domestic universities, they are designed mainly about cultivate knowledges, but lack the cultivation of international vision and intercultural communication ability. This paper presents the model for International talents training based on Byram's theory . The model has four dimensions about knowledge, skills, attitudes and consciousness. Fuzzy DEMATEL method is used to determine the interrelationship among all 15 factors and the impacts each factor poses on the international talents training. The most influential factor is independent thinking ability (1.963)and social responsibility consciousness (1.696), the most central factor is decision-making ability (2.981), the most influential factor is independent thinking ability (1.114), and the most influential factor is innovation consciousness and ability (-1.452).
