Abstract:
Starting from the existing engineering system in our country and taking the training of civil engineers as the guidance under the background of "new subject" era, this paper analyses the problems existing in the current old engineering system, demonstrates the necessity of "new subject", comprehensively demonstrates the theoretical teaching system and practical teaching system according to the requirements of our country's development and times, and puts forward the reform plan and concrete measures, aiming at: Society trains comprehensive civil talents in the new era. At the same time, the far-reaching significance of training "new subject" civil engineering talents is elaborated from the aspects of personnel training program, teaching system reform and civil engineering discipline development.
