Contemporary course characteristics are discussed, teaching process and examination criteria are designed, students’scores are analyzed and teaching review is conducted. The practice shows that course difficulty is increased effectively without the increase of class hours after blended learning, study initiatives are improved and good effects have been got. Aiming to provide application-oriented universities a reference of developing blended learning with SPOC and a better practice of “student-centered, outcome-based and ability oriented “teaching concepts.
