    Abstract:

    Construction law is an important kind of law curriculum in civil engineering specialty. In the line with the joint requirements for engineer capacity, accreditation standard, and professional specifications, the curriculum of construction law is chosen as the study target, whose curriculum aims and capacity requirement, the relationship between curriculum aims and graduation standards, teaching contents and arrangement, teaching method design, curriculum test methods, and evaluation of curriculum aims. The research results have important complications for making curriculum syllabuses of civil engineering, and engineering management specialty in the context of engineering education accreditation.
